James Clunie (HBHS) named 2024 Junior Referee of the Year

Massive congratulations to James Clunie of Hamilton Boys' High School for being named the 2024 Junior Referee of the Year.

This is a well deserved honour recognising his work during the season. Known for his calm demeanour, fairness and knowledge of the rules, James puts himself on the referee stand week in and week out and works diligently to learn and grow in this space.

Furthermore, thank you to all the schools for their work in the referee space this season. We've been impressed with the number of young players taking the duty roles, learning and growing their competency throughout the season.
