Welcome to the KiwiVolley League!

The KiwiVolley League is designed to introduce primary and intermediate school kids to the exciting sport of volleyball while focusing on skill development, teamwork, and most importantly, having fun! Whether they are new to the sport or looking to improve their game, our league provides a welcoming and engaging environment for all.

The games are played 4-a-side and mixed genders on badminton sized courts.

KIWIVOLLEY LEAGUE

  • KIWIVOLLEY LEAGUE TERM 3

    Term 3 Dates:
    Week 1: Wednesday 4th September
    Week 2: Wednesday 11th September
    Week 3: Wednesday 18th September
    Week 4: Wednesday 25th September

    Location:
    The Peak, 60 Kimbrae Drive

    Grades:
    Year 5/6 Primary
    Year 7/8 Intermediate

    Cost:
    $100 per team

  • KIWIVOLLEY LEAGUE TERM 4

    Term 4 Dates:
    Week 1: Wednesday 27th November
    Week 2: Wednesday 4th December
    Week 3: Wednesday 11th December
    Week 4: Wednesday 18th December (optional)

  • KING COUNTRY KIWIVOLLEY LEAGUE

    Term 4 Dates:
    Week 1: Friday 1st November
    Week 2: Friday 8th November
    Week 3: Wednesday 15th November
    Week 4: Wednesday 22nd November

    Location:
    Gallagher Recreation Centre, 1a Eketone Street, Te Kuiti

    Grades:
    Year 5/6 Primary
    Year 7/8 Intermediate

    Cost:
    $60 per team (with funding)

KIWIVOLLEY RESOURCES

Kiwivolley is a modified version of volleyball with rules and equipment adapted for tamariki aged between 5-12 years. Our Kiwivolley programme is characterised by enhancing overall understanding of the volleyball fundamentals and general athletic development. Improving basic movement abilities such as agility, balance, speed, and coordination, while improving fundamental movement skills such as running, jumping, passing and spiking, and developing physical literacy are the primary focus.
