All volleyball competitions run by Volleyball Waikato have been suspended for the duration of the coronavirus crisis.

This includes: school volleyball (both high schools and intermediate/primary competitions), social volleyball, and the Ethnic Volleyball Tournament.

Our Kiwisport officer, Alex Mariano, will still be running kiwisport volleyball programmes in individual schools, with maximum group sizes of 30 participants, while schools are open.

Find A Team

If you are interested in playing in the social competitions, please try and organise your own team (it’s not so hard to get 6 or 7 people together) – if that’s not possible, please email us your name, contact details and a short note about your playing experience… we will circulate your request to play to existing team organisers, who may be short of players, BUT we can’t guarantee you games.
