Huskies women claim bronze at Club Championships

Massive congratulations to the Hamilton Huskies Volleyball Club Women’s team for winning the bronze medal at Club Nationals.

The team had a 5 set thriller in the National Semifinal match against the eventual Champions Shirley Volleyball Club. Up 2 sets to 1, the team was unable to secure the win with Shirley rallying late to take the match.

During their bronze medal match against ACVC, the team found themselves down 2-0 but fought back for the reverse sweep and avenging their earlier loss in the tournament to ACVC.

Congratulations extend to Anilise Fitzi for being named in the Tournament team. Well done team on an amazing accomplishment!
