Waikato success at 2024 NZSS National Championships

We’re proud of all Waikato teams who attended tournaments in Palmerston North and Auckland this past week, well done on all your efforts. Massive congratulations to the 5 teams who medalled in their divisions, with special mentions to the Hillcrest boys who finished 3rd in NZ. Mentions also go out to Fairfield College for attending their first ever National tournament.

Tokoroa and Matamata boys have helped Waikato gained 2 more spots in the Top 32 bracket in 2025, with St. Peters girls earning Waikato another spot in the next bracket (if the event follows the same format next year).

We’d like to acknowledge the coaches, managers and parents for their support of our young athletes as well. We know how much time and effort you put in to getting your kids on the court!
